Come see our new space for vintage finds!

We're so happy to announce our new venture: we have a sweet little space for our vintage and antique finds at The Back Porch and Company in Redmond, Oregon. It's a wonderful shop filled with vintage goodies, and we're happy to be a part of it. What will you find in our spot? The stuff we love and have been collecting for years: old hotel silver and restaurant china, vintage barware, small pieces of antique furniture, transferware, oddities, and whatever caught our eye over the years. Some is super rare and came from our own collections (our house is smallish, and we just can't keep everything, says Robert). Some we've found on our travels (yes, a few things from the French flea markets and elsewhere). Some is from our never-ending shopping and searching (sometimes spending an entire afternoon in some funky place and coming out with one little treasure). A few things you'll probably never see again, like our fabulous green folding grocery cart with baskets, a lovely pearwood drop-leaf table, and a Western Union box with enamel sign that held blanks for sending telegrams (in such good shape). We'll keep looking for those special vintage finds and adding them to our spot as we go along. Look for the J'antiques space near the front of the store!

Back Porch and Company is at 2127 S. Highway 97 in Redmond. Open 11-5 Monday through Saturday and Sundays from 12-4. If you're coming in from Bend, look for the Subway sandwich sign on the left (before you get to the main part of town), and get ready to turn left within just a few driveways. Backporch and other businesses (and the library) are in what used to be the design center, next to the south side of Wilson's. Plenty of parking (more in the back, too)! Hurry in for best pick, and to see some of the other awesome vendors.
